The Project
Podia together with the land owner Hacer Group and Melbourne’s Idle Architecture Studio worked to develop the vision and design for this contemporary workplace. This PCA A-grade design sets a new benchmark for commercial development for suburban Melbourne.

Working alongside Hacer Group, Podia ensured delivery of the highest quality construction and integrated fitout for the building's anchor tenant - New Zealand’s tech darling Xero.

An Appetite For Innovation
260 Burwood Road comprises a four-level basement with five levels of flexible, high quality and light filled office space. Central to the overall design is the large central atrium that connects four open commercial floors, providing great connectivity and circulation between the floors whilst capturing an abundance of natural light. Similarly, the building at street level will be a triumph of activation, encouraging interaction between pedestrians and the streetscape.
