A centrally located atrium vertically connects the commercial floors and allows natural light to penetrate deep into the building to support a healthy working environment.
With a strong emphasis on wellness and lifestyle amenity, the building has been designed to target 5 Star Green Star rating, 5.5 NABERS energy rating and a minimum Gold WELL Certification rating.
Key to this approach is the incorporation of raw and authentic materials into the design. Timber (CLT), raw concrete, glass and natural materials form the backdrop to light-filled spaces with aspect onto a lush and green ground plane which compliments the vertical internal gardens.
